JBS International, Inc. seeks a Technical Assistance Manager II to lead logistics, event planning, and peer participant engagement for the Title IV-B ICWA Technical Assistance Collaborative.

This role coordinates virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings and trainings with Tribal, State, and Court partners. You will manage communications, agendas, registrations, and follow‑ups; facilitate on-site events; and collaborate with federal partners and tribal representatives to ensure culturally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, public administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or required for leadership roles in program administration.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in event management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics for Title IV-B ICWA Collaborative meetings and events.
• Coordinate virtual, hybrid, and in-person events and trainings.
• Draft agendas, summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure timely participant engagement and support across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with federal partners and tribal representatives to align efforts.
