Job summary

JBS International is seeking an ICWA Partnership Coordinator and Facilitator to lead logistics for Title IV-B ICWA collaborations, including meetings, trainings, and peer networking across Tribal, State, Court, and federal partners.

You will coordinate logistics, facilitate on-site events, and work with multiple agencies to ensure culturally responsive practice and effective information exchange under ICWA implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, human services, public administration, Native American studies, or education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities.
• Draft agendas, materials, and follow-up communications for Collaborative meetings.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and peer networking groups.
