Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking an ICWA Partnership Coordinator and Implementation Logistics Coordinator and Event Facilitator to lead logistics, events, and peer networking for Title IV-B ICWA activities.

You will coordinate virtual, hybrid, and on-site meetings, trainings, and technical assistance events with Tribal, State, and Court partners. The role requires strong planning, cultural humility, and collaboration with federal partners and Tribal representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, Native American Studies, Education, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Tribal Nations, Tribal and State Child Welfare Programs, courts, or human services programs preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, conferences, trainings, or large-scale events.
• Strong planning, organization, and timeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities.
• Coordinate venue selection, registration, travel arrangements, materials, audiovisuals, and communications.
