Job summary

JBS International, Inc. seeks an experienced ICWA Partnership Coordinator and Facilitator to coordinate logistics for Title IV-B ICWA activities, including meetings, trainings, and peer networking.

The role facilitates learning across Tribal, State, and Court partners and ensures culturally responsive, participant-centered events. The position involves working with federal partners, Tribal representatives, State agencies, and researchers to implement ICWA requirements into practice while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field or equivalent.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole logistics coordinator for all Title IV-B ICWA Collaborative meetings, trainings, peer networking activities, and special events.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities.
• Coordinate venue, registration, travel, materials, AV, and event communications.
• Draft, coordinate, and distribute meeting agendas, participant materials, and event communications.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid Collaborative meetings, learning sessions, and convenings.
• Develop agendas and facilitate discussions that support peer learning and information sharing.
• Create welcoming, culturally responsive environments that encourage participation and cross-system collaboration.
• Support project reporting, meeting summaries, and data collection activities.
• Maintain adherence to project policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, Native American Studies, Education
