JBS International seeks a Technical Assistance Manager II to coordinate logistics, event planning, and peer participant engagement for Title IV-B ICWA projects. This role plans and executes virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings, trainings, convenings and TA events with Tribal, State, and Court partners.

• Experience coordinating complex events and meetings for federal, tribal, or state partners.
• Ability to translate ICWA requirements into actionable workflows and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communications for meeting agendas, summaries, and reports.

• Serve as the sole logistics coordinator for ICWA TA Collaborative meetings and events.
• Plan and manage logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities.
• Coordinate venue selection, registrations, travel, materials, AV, and communications.
• Draft agendas, materials, and summaries; track action items and follow-ups.
