Job summary

JBS International seeks an ICWA Partnership Coordinator and Facilitator to lead logistics for Title IV-B ICWA events, trainings, and peer networking. You will coordinate virtual, hybrid, and in-person activities, ensuring smooth execution and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires educating partners, drafting agendas and summaries, and collaborating with federal and Tribal counterparts to advance ICWA implementation with cultural humility and respect for Tribal sovereignty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, Native American Studies, or Education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Title IV-B ICWA events, trainings, peer networking, and meetings.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Develop agendas, meeting summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with federal partners and Tribal representatives to ensure culturally responsive programs.
