Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Project Manager - Hyperscale. This remote role supports candidates in the United States, managing major electrical and mechanical datacenter orders and leading a sales team across time zones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with distributors, contractors, and internal teams, applying PM methodologies, and driving process improvements. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience and 2+ years in project management.
• Ability to manage complex datacenter electrical equipment projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders with timelines and specs.
• Secure distribution of products and services while maintaining agreements.
• Coordinate sales effort within customer/distributor base and support partners.
• Leverage Project Management resources to deliver on project orders.
• Apply sales planning services to internal clients and drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership to a sales team and coordinate cross-time-zone support.
• Negotiate resources and priorities to meet customer needs.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
