Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Based Project Manager - Hyperscale for a remote position within the United States. The role focuses on managing major electrical milestones in datacenter orders, coordinating a sales team, and ensuring on-time delivery across four US time zones.

Candidates should have 5+ years in electrical industry experience, 2+ years in project management, and a valid driver’s license. PMP certification is preferred; salary ranges with incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ project management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• No immigration sponsorship accepted.
• Preferred PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of major electrical assembly orders meeting specs and timelines.
• Secure distribution of products and services while maintaining agreements.
• Coordinate sales efforts with customers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Utilize Project Management team resources for orders.
• Apply sales planning services to internal clients.
• Improve processes and propose new solutions based on trends.
• Ensure compliance with processes to meet goals.
• Provide leadership to a sales team across channels.
• Negotiate resources and priorities for customers.
• Grow Eaton's and customers' financial position.
• Coordinate across four US time zones to deliver timely solutions.
