Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s North American Sales division seeks a Project Manager - Hyperscale. This remote role serves candidates within the United States, leading complex datacenter project orders with a focus on electrical/mechanical details and sales execution.

You’ll drive customer relationships, coordinate distributors, and mentor a sales team across time zones. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the electrical industry, and 2+ years in project management, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Create value and establish project order management processes.
• Manage technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders per specs and timelines.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and services.
• Coordinate the sales effort within the customer/distributor base and provide sales and technical assistance.
• Lead the Project Management team resources assigned to projects.
• Upgrade processes and deploy new initiatives based on analysis and trends.
• Ensure compliance with processes to achieve business goals.
• Provide leadership to a sales team across channels.
• Improve Eaton’s and customers’ financial position.
• Coordinate across 4 US time zones to provide timely solutions.
