Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Project Manager - Hyperscale for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on managing major electrical and mechanical datacenter projects, coordinating the sales effort, and leading a team to meet quotas while aligning with customer requirements.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the electrical industry, 2+ years in project management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in project management.
• Unrestricted driver’s license.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for major electrical and mechanical datacenter orders.
• Coordinate sales efforts within the customer/distributor base.
• Provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Leverage Project Management resources to support orders.
• Apply sales planning services to internal clients and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with processes and drive business goals.
• Provide leadership to a sales team across multiple time zones.
