- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and multizone remote support.
Responsibilities
- Own post-go-live onboarding window, managing intensive interaction cadences.
- Use AI tools to automate admin tasks and provide real-time guidance.
- Handle high-priority tickets and urgent calls across time zones.
- Investigate issues, collaborate with product teams, and resolve complex errors.
- Ensure smooth transition from launch to long-term product utilization.
