Job summary

Wider Circle is seeking a remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team on a contract basis. You will deliver live onboarding sessions for Care Navigators across the U.S., ensuring HIPAA compliance and a consistent standard for patient interactions.

You’ll manage logistics, coach in real time, grade assessments, and provide actionable feedback. The role includes updating curricula over time and collaborating with hiring managers to land training once

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering live remote training to new hire cohorts.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on homework and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Instructional design experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live video-based onboarding sessions for distributed new hires.
• Coordinate cohort schedules and manage logistics.
• Distribute training materials, track attendance and assessments.
• Contribute to curriculum updates based on field feedback.
