Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a fully remote customer support specialist to assist hospitality professionals worldwide, joining a globally distributed team. You will help hotel partners maximize value from our hospitality platform, provide empathetic multichannel support, troubleshoot issues, and gather product feedback to drive improvements.

This role blends hospitality know-how with problem solving in an international, collaborative environment and offers ongoing learning and training materials
