Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydroelectric generator experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of repair/replacement practices for mechanical equipment in hydroelectric facilities.
• Familiarity with maintaining multi‑purpose hydroelectric generating facilities (dams, powerhouses, gate/valve houses).
• Knowledge of safe operation practices for heavy construction equipment.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan project activities, allocate resources, and ensure site docs and procedures are current.
• Champion EHS guidelines and conduct risk assessments; pause work if safety is compromised.
• Perform in-process rewind tests and conduct fault investigations.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and subcontractors; train team and manage performance.
• Assist in pre-bid walks, develop cost estimates, and track project risks.
