GE Vernova is seeking a Project Director to lead Renewable Energy Hydro Projects and drive execution to maximize cash and margin while delivering on time and in contract.

You will organize resources, manage KPI reporting, and oversee risk, claims, and safety programs across international EPC sites, collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5–15 years in power/industrial projects, and fluent French and English with US work authorization.

Formación

• University degree in engineering.
• 5 to 15 years of relevant power generation industrial experience.
• 3 years of Project Director experience.
• International project execution.
• Large Construction (EPC) and site experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including reference verification and background check.
• Must have unrestricted Canadian work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project execution strategy to meet performance goals.
• Represent GE to customer and manage interface and communications.
• Organize project resources and define roles and interfaces.
• Monitor KPIs and take necessary actions to ensure cost, time, quality, and safety targets.
• Establish and monitor Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety plans.
• Define strategy for claims management and direct actions accordingly.
• Define Risk Management Plan and track opportunities for project.
• Oversee project from handover to completion and provide feedback to Sales and other functions.
• Build and coach the project team and manage performance.
• Develop and monitor Master Time Schedule.
