Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Senior Construction Contract Manager to lead post‑award contract management on a major U.S. hydropower project.

Based at the customer site, you will drive commercial administration across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, turnover, and warranty. You will integrate contract management with project controls, schedule awareness, and risk tracking, partnering with planning, sourcing, finance, legal, and technical teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required with extensive experience in contract and commercial management on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of post‑award administration, change management, and claims handling on complex EPC or construction programs.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills across planning, finance, legal, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑award administration of prime contracts through closeout and warranty.
• Interpret contract rights, obligations, and milestones and communicate implications to the project team.
• Manage notices, changes, claims, and documentation registers with due dates and impacts.
• Coordinate with planning, sourcing, finance, and legal to support commercial outcomes.
• Monitor interfaces among vendors, subcontractors, and customers to protect GE Vernova’s position.
