Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Site Manager to direct all site activities, manage resources and milestones, and ensure adherence to safety standards. The role may be a dedicated site or night-shift coordination with the lead site manager across the US.

Responsibilities include supervising the site team, staffing, performance development, and ensuring schedule, quality, and cost compliance. Travel up to 90% is required; strong safety, communication, and project-management skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 7 years of relevant experience
• OR a high school diploma / GED with 10+ years of prior hydro/generation experience, in a supervisor capacity)
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 90%

Responsibilities

• Supervisory roles (site manager) for entire scope of site activities during ITO/OTR phase, leading site team and ensuring schedule, quality and cost compliance
• Direct people management including staffing and performance development
• Lead small projects with low risks and resources and resolve issues beyond set parameters
• Establish effective working relationships and communicate clearly across teams
