Job summary

The role focuses on site preparation, project execution, and project closure with responsibilities including establishing supplier quality requirements, applying inspection and test plans, reviewing supplier documentation, and coordinating QA audits. You will manage NCR/NCM processes, document quality records, and supervise on-site inspectors to ensure adherence to quality management standards and contract

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement quality plans and procedures.
• Control document distribution, measuring devices, material traceability, and quality records.
• Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR/NCM) and oversee inspection activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain instrument and welder qualification records.
• Supervise inspectors and inspection companies on-site.
• Ensure subcontractors have calibrated instruments and that all special processes are identified.
• Collect and organize quality records for the site quality record book.
• Conduct project audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, and provide QA performance statistics.
• Manage client claims and ensure site QA activities meet contract requirements.
