Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydroelectric generator experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of repair/replacement practices for heavy industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with multi-purpose hydroelectric facilities.
• Knowledge of safe operation practices for heavy construction equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Plan project activities, allocate resources, and keep site docs current.
• Safety Leadership: Champion EHS guidelines and pause work if safety or quality are at risk.
• Technical Oversight: Perform in-process tests and fault investigations.
• Client & Team Management: Primary contact for customer and subcontractors; train and manage team.
• Business Support: Participate in pre-bid walks, help develop cost estimates, track risks.
