Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a proactive Site Manager to oversee on-site project delivery, directing civil, mechanical erection and commissioning while managing resources, schedules and safety. The role may be dedicated to a site or rotate with a night shift under the lead site manager, with up to 90% travel across the US.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of hydro/generation experience or 10+ years at supervisory level, strong safety focus, and excellent communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant hydro/generation experience.
• Or a high school diploma / GED with 10+ years of supervisor hydro/generation experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of on-site project delivery, including civil, mechanical erection and commissioning.
• Direct site activities, manage resources and schedules, and liaise with the project leader.
• Ensure schedule, quality and cost compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.
• Lead site team, mentor staff, and coordinate multiple sites as needed.
