Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Hydro Services Manager to lead service delivery for Hydro Power Plants within the West Service Hub. The role combines project management and commercial responsibilities, coordinating with the hub engineer, quality team, and sourcing to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 7+ years in project management and rotating machines, with strong customer negotiations and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in mechanical or electrical engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 7 years professional experience including project management, rotating machines industry, and customer negotiations.
• Willingness to travel to hydro power plants 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales manager and regional leader to develop Services activities.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to identify issues and propose technical solutions.
• Deliver services proposals with support from regional team.
• Act as project manager to drive service execution on time, quality, and cost.
• Build strong relationships with GE Vernova clients and demonstrate project success.
• Provide high-quality services aligned with GE Vernova standards.
