You will lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing activities across regions, leveraging AI tools and the Workday ATS to build strong pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates for a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 4+ years staffing experience; 3+ years as direct recruiter in high-volume environment.
• Insurance recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing activities within a designated region.
• Partners with management to implement timely, cost-effective initiatives.
• Develops candidate pipelines using networking and referrals.
• Trains hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruiting tools.
