Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist for its Commercial General Liability team. The role involves managing complex, multi-party litigated claims with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service excellence.

Hybrid work options are available from specified US locations or remote for highly qualified candidates. You will partner with counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals, with responsibilities spanning strategy, mediations, and adjusting reserves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in claims/insurance
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
• Experience with regulatory standards and company protocols
• Proficiency in MS Office and claim systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve moderate to high-exposure litigated claims from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
