Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team. The role supports hybrid work from multiple US office locations or fully remote for qualified candidates with significant General Liability claims experience.

You will manage litigated claims, partner with counsel and risk professionals, and drive strategy and settlement discussions while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Claims or Insurance or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree or Zurich Certification path with 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve moderate to high-exposure, multi-party CG liability claims from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal/external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols
