Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team. The role supports a hybrid schedule from multiple US office locations or fully remote for qualified candidates with significant General Liability experience.

You will manage moderate to high-exposure litigated claims, collaborating with counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals while ensuring timely, clear communication and adherence to regulatory standards and Zurich protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Claims or Insurance
• Zurich Apprentice or Claims Training Program completion with 3+ years experience
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigated claims from start to finish with focus on quality and service
• Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders
