Job summary

Zurich North America seeks a Litigated Claims Specialist to join the Commercial General Liability team on a hybrid basis. You will manage complex claims from start to finish and collaborate with counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.

The role requires 3+ years in claims, regulatory knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication. Salary range $59,900-$98,200 with 10% bonus eligibility; multiple US locations including Parsippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of claims/insurance experience.
• Zurich training programs or apprenticeships with relevant claims experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigated claims from start to finish with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal/external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure claims follow regulatory standards and company protocols.
