Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team. The role offers a hybrid work model with occasional in-office attendance and can be based in Schaumburg, IL or other listed US locations.

You will manage multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure under defined authority, following Zurich’s best practices to ensure efficient, high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Claims or Insurance OR Zurich Apprentice program with 3+ years in Claims OR Claims Training + 3+ years OR High School + 5+ years in Claims
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products
