Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active property & casualty license required; CIC preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain and grow clients.
• Coordinate daily admin and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
