Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience in insurance or related field
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing required
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Monitor expirations, renewals, and submissions
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Seek process improvements to enhance team performance
