Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), and strong client-service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues and ensure data accuracy in systems
• Renewals, submissions, and presenting proposals to clients
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Lead and direct the account management team
