Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with no omissions.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis during service requests.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals, and conduct client research for proposals.
