The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active P&C licensing (CIC or equivalent preferred) and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid or remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals management, submissions, and client proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
