This role serves as a trusted technical resource through the sales cycle, delivering design, documentation, and technical support while coordinating with OEMs and partners.
Remote role (US-based candidates only). Compensation ranges from $112,000 to $182,000 per year, with benefits including health coverage and 401K.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role.
- Certifications in infrastructure or cloud technologies preferred.
- Working knowledge of data center technologies and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Understanding of leading technology platforms like AWS, Azure, and VMware.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments.
- Design tailored infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and solution proposals.
- Maintain relationships with OEMs and technology partners.
- Provide product training and technical support to sales teams.
- Assist Field Account Executives during the sales cycle as a technical resource.
- Manage the solutions pipeline and assist in opportunity identification.
