Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with sales leadership and account teams, shaping infrastructure solutions for complex customer environments. This role serves as a trusted technical resource through the sales cycle, delivering design, documentation, and technical support while coordinating with OEMs and partners.

Remote role (US-based candidates only). Compensation ranges from $112,000 to $182,000 per year, with benefits including health coverage and 401K.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role.
• Certifications in infrastructure or cloud technologies preferred.
• Working knowledge of data center technologies and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understanding of leading technology platforms like AWS, Azure, and VMware.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will partner closely with account teams and sales leadership to evaluate complex customer environments and shape infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales cycle, helping advance opportunities through solution design, documentation, partner collaboration, and customer-facing support. This position also plays an important role in connecting OEMs, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective hybrid cloud and data center outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,000 – $182,000 annually
