Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical owner of infrastructure operations at the data center.
• Lead enhancements of infrastructure software and hardware for deployment and user experience.
• Provide project management and oversight for large-scale technology rollouts.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure design, focusing on autonomy and scalability.
• Monitor and resolve complex production issues, acting as escalation point for support.
