Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present renewal proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy across carrier platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and continuously seek process improvements.
