• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure data accuracy across systems and records.
• Renewals, submissions, and coverage analyses.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
