Job summary

Lessen is a tech-enabled property services provider transforming how commercial and residential real estate services are delivered. The Trade Specialist role supports clients and vendors, acts as trade SME for complex issues, and helps implement solutions across services.

This remote US-based position requires HVAC knowledge, weekend/evening availability, and 3–4 years in a relevant field. You will build relationships, review vendor quotes, drive issue resolution, and contribute to continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–4 years of experience in relevant field or internal promotion from within Lessen
Experience in FM, retail, buildings environment
Demonstrable experience solving complex trade related technical issues

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand operational needs
Review vendor quotes to ensure scope and pricing are appropriate
Develop and coordinate client and internal initiatives and special projects
Serve as a technical and SME resource for the department and leadership
Act as a primary contact for internal and external clients; resolve issues with vendors
Proactively resolve vendor and client issues and escalate when necessary
Provide support to Trade Representative as needed
Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality of data
Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties
Maintain CPD and stay aware of trade/industry developments
Seek opportunities for continuous process improvement
