Aidey is seeking a remote Support professional to coordinate HVAC/R contractor scheduling, handle inquiries, and manage work orders from a Central Time aligned operation. The role emphasizes excellent English communication and multitasking in a high-growth environment.

You will work directly with clients and a contractor network, processing payments, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stable remote work, with a clear growth path to lead or specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience handling phone, email, and chat support.
• Prior experience in the HVAC or trade-related industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling and support of contractors, emergency repair requests, maintenance visits, and other HVAC/R projects.
• Answer customer and contractor inquiries by phone, text, email, and web in a timely manner.
• Enter and manage work orders, jobs, and clients on a dispatch board using established processes.
• Issue purchase orders for service.
• Process payments.
• Manage customer concerns and resolutions effectively.
• Communicate fluently in English at a high level; MUST
• Experience with multitasking and fast-paced environments.
• Lead or specialist growth track opportunities.
