Job summary

Lessen is seeking a Trade Specialist to support clients and vendors nationwide. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, evaluating vendor quotes, and driving solutions for trade-related challenges. A remote position requires HVAC knowledge and weekend/evening availability.

You will act as a SME for a specific trade, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining data confidentiality and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Relevant trade qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in a relevant field or internal promotion within Lessen.
• Experience working in FM, retail, buildings environment.
• Demonstrable experience solving complex trade-related technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand their operational needs in a specific trade area.
• Review vendor quotes to ensure appropriate scope and pricing.
• Coordinate client and internal initiatives and special projects.
• Serve as a technical SME resource for the department and leadership.
• Act as a key contact for clients and vendors; resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support Trade Representative as required.
• Foster a positive work environment and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of data.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvement.
