Qualifications

• HVAC equipment selection and proposals for complex projects.
• Experience with non-standard, larger HVAC projects and submittals.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize Applied HVAC equipment selections based on project specs.
• Ensure quoting, sizing, and equipment specs meet customer requirements and standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and technical improvements in system selection.
