Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for Chillers to provide HVAC technical guidance to sales, customers and service teams. You will manage cases in Salesforce, document requests, and communicate status and updates while collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing on product improvements.

The role offers remote work from Plymouth, MN with opportunities to mentor and train others, develop service literature, and contribute to quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher - preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering-related discipline.
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, especially chillers.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate level HVAC technical support to sales reps, customers and service groups.
• Manage large volumes of inbound calls and emails.
• Enter requests in Salesforce CRM accurately and promptly.
• Maintain communication records and necessary paperwork in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with customer accounts and understand their needs.
