AIR CONDITIONING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales efforts in our Texas business. You will translate our commercial strategy into disciplined pipeline management and high-margin project execution, acting as a player-coach to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will build long-term customer relationships, manage key accounts, and expand market share while ensuring service excellence and contract profitability through our sales tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct sales experience in commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry.
• Strong service and project sales acumen with margin understanding.
• High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales projects while protecting margin.
• Build and manage key accounts and expand wallet share.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and weekly pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure delivery alignment.
