You will collaborate with sales, engineering and operations to define scope and estimate project costs for new construction, retrofits and design-build opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of controls sales/operations experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems and BAS/BMS.
• Strong analytical and technical cost-estimation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales design and cost estimation for BAS solutions across NA.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and operations to align on scope, cost and schedule.
• Provide value engineering and cost-optimisation insights for proposals.
