Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Training and Technical Support Specialist to support daily OCC/O&M workflows and develop HV training materials. This fully remote role will collaborate with the Technical Support Supervisor to deliver training content and provide expert guidance to clients and field teams.

Qualifications include 10+ years in testing/commissioning, strong English communication, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Testing and Commissioning experience.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and enforce standards.
• Develop HV technical training materials with supervisor.
• Provide on-call and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M activities.
