The HV Training and Technical Support Specialist role supports daily OCC/O&M processes and develops HV training materials in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities include safety leadership, documentation, and SME guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.
• Ability to recognize hazards and mitigate using proper tools.
• Proficient with computer operations and testing applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Organizational skills and reliability.
• Eligible for rotating on-call schedule.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Emphasize safety as the top priority and enforce safe practices.
• Maintain safe environment per safety standards.
• Develop HV technical training material with the team.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis.
• Prepare reports and test plans for technicians.
• Provide on-call HV support.
• Remote support for EPC startup and O&M testing.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, teammates.
• Assist with NERC misoperations and corrective actions.
