Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The HV Training and Technical Support Specialist will support daily OCC / O&M work processes and develop HV training materials.

This role is fully remote and interview details will be discussed during the process.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of Testing and Commissioning Experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate testing equipment and related software.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and enforces safe practices.
• Develop HV technical training materials with supervision.
• Support OCC with Power Systems Analysis and operational guidance.
• Prepare and review test plans and HV test reports.
• Provide on-call and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians.
• Remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and testing activities.
