Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of electrician testing experience in substations or BESS yards.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substation, BESS, and PV facilities.
• Prioritize safety and enforce company and industry standards.
• Prepare timely documentation and test reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teammates.
• Assist and supervise technicians and trainees on jobs.
