Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a fully remote Program Manager to oversee case management, supervision, and program quality across ORR-funded services in the United States. You will coordinate navigators, ensure data integrity, and drive outcomes for participants in need.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; related fields acceptable.
• 2+ years of management or supervision experience; remote teams preferred.
• 2+ years of human services experience; resettlement/workforce development preferred.
• Experience with high-volume caseloads and compliance review.
• Familiarity with ORR-funded programming and data reporting in databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day caseloads for direct service staff and route participants to navigators.
• Review eligibility, PAPs, and case notes for accuracy and timeliness; resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate handoffs among navigation, training, and financial assistance; ensure coordinated services.
