Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Casework Supervisor to lead a team delivering PIR and RSS services. The role requires coordinating service delivery, supervising staff, and ensuring timely program goals and compliance.

You will train staff on IRC systems, manage cases, and liaise with HQ for guidance while ensuring client-centered support, budgeting, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in domestic refugee resettlement or similar programs.
• Experience supervising, supporting, and training staff.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff delivering PIR and RSS services; assign cases and monitor timely service provision.
• Coordinate program delivery, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Train staff on IRC systems (Integra, ETO, IRIS) and ensure client-centered service delivery.
• Represent IRC in professional forums and liaise with HQ for guidance as needed.
• Develop partnerships with housing providers and community organizations to expand services.
